7. California Residents (CCPA)

As stated above, we do not sell your personal information.

8. European Users (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the rights described in Section 6 above, as well as the right to restrict processing of your personal information and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Our legal basis for processing your personal information is the performance of our contract with you (your subscription) and our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Service.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for use by children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will delete such information promptly.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service may contain links to or integrations with third-party services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party services, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices.
